Hello to My Divine, Amazing, Powerful Clients,
I just wanted to reach out personally to my private clients and Balance Academy grads to say thank you for this amazing year.
Your support, vulnerability, bravery, trust and progress has astounded me each and every healing session.
The endless bounties of love and compassion for those around you is now finally coming from a place of potency and power, not scarcity or fear because we are all learning to put ourselves FIRST.
I truly believe in my mantra that I live by and have on my website “Women who Heal Themselves, Heal the World.”
We KNOW this life is more than what we have been taught or born into. After decades of attempting to destroy parts of myself and living in nonstop survival modes, I FINALLY gave myself that sacred yes to put myself first. I had no safety net and I had NO idea it would birth this business and an entire new way of existing.
I could never go back to a life that did not value my big heart and wild mouth, only focusing on keeping me constantly compliant, unsure, sick (physically, emotionally and spiritually), miserable and muting my power.
The tiny voice of a ferocious little girl deep down in my heart and womb space was SCREAMING for a revolution – change, healing, magic, beauty, power, connectivity with other women/the planet and control of her destiny. That sacred knowing that we are SO much more than what we have been told (you all know EXACTLY what I mean! 🙂 ).
This sacred yes to myself brought not only clarity in my own life, but connection to my purpose on this planet.
When I signed on my first 1-on-1 client, within minutes of our intro call a lovely, young Canadian woman teared up and said, “This is EXACTLY what I need. YES!” I would go on to connect with women virtually all over the world as well as right in my home state!
The sacred cycle of saying YES to ourselves never stops, it resonates throughout the world, healing more people than we ever could imagined.
CELEBRATE ALL YOU HAVE DONE – the past, present and the future you! ALL OF YOU: The light, the dark, the weird, the obscene, the still-healing, the wild, the hidden, the bold, the broken, the silly, the feral, the imperfect, the powerful and every part in between!
When life gave you SO MANY challenges, instead of giving up or becoming cold, compliant and closed off, you all held onto those big beautiful hearts and KEPT GOING.
I consider it such an honor and privilege of getting to know each one of you and supporting you in this divine sacred space we have collectively curated this past year.
We are all connected in this cycle and journey: as women, as healers, as game-changers, idea generators, creators and so much more.
You have all chosen to grow back into who you TRULY are, unlearning everything that no longer resonates and building your emotional toolkits to carry with you each step of the way.
It is NOT easy or glamorous, but we know that this path is a way to truly feel ALIVE!
❤️ Feel into this connectivity now with all of your sisters that you do not know personally, but are reading this email as well. Receive this love and connection with these other divine souls that have chosen a similar path in healing that you have. You are no longer alone; you are all divinely supported and held. (If you have the energy, send some of your love back out to your fellow goddesses in this moment as well).
We are the ones that are here to wake up the world, starting by waking our truest selves.
Remember:
– The end of the year is A LOT. Take the rest of the year day-by-day
-Keep pouring into yourself FIRST. Let anything else that doesn’t feel good or is rooted in ego or fear dissipate away.
-Keep practicing saying that sacred YES THIS IS WHAT I NEED without apology or over-explanation.
-And when in doubt, check in with your body first. Eat, Sleep, Drink, Breathe.
It won’t always be perfect, but with enough practice, we will come back to our divine, gorgeous, badass, magical, powerful selves faster and easier each and every time. And DAMN doesn’t it feel good?!
Rest for this year, celebrate yourselves and gear up for an AMAZING 2022! I have some exciting announcements coming next year!
