It is SUMMER! A joyous, joyous June after quite a few grueling ones. I feel it and I hope you do too.
So proud of how we all navigated the beautiful lunar eclipses, retrogrades, world news, planetary alignments and so much more.
We looked into ourselves, reshaped our career outlooks, and expanded our inner knowing.
A lot of us were also on the same moon/menstrual cycle, literally and figuratively shedding and clearing out our inner worlds.
This shedding allows us to start anew. Imagine each day of your cycle doing this – and imagine each and every one of your cells glowing that golden healing of shedding and rebirth (remember our cells are constantly shedding and regenerating – it is almost as if we have completely new physical bodies every seven years or so!)
This month is going to be the break and celebration we all deserve. Celebrate all that is you and all of the progress you’ve made!
This is a summer of rest, enjoyment, play and FUN.
We are in creative flow. I invite you to weave flower crowns, dance barefoot in fields, laugh, yell, sing, cry, growl. Draw, paint, collect, compose and experiment. Make your life a flowing, melodic prayer.
Be in AWE of yourself. Your mind. Your body. Your healing, tender hearts. Your magic.
Indulge. Eat berries and chocolate on a wooden cutting board with your hands. Plant veggies and dig your bare hands into the soil.
Immerse. Take more baths. Go to a beach or lake. Get your hair or nails done. Get a massage. Start to dry brush your skin. Integrate. Plan days around your mindful rest, not find time to squeeze in rest.
